- Dejar reposar 30 minuto, en este tiempo ya debe haber doblado su tamaño, con los puños sacar el gas, doblar y voltear
- Dejar reposar treinta minutos más, luego en la mesada, enharinada, volcar la masa, formar un cilindro y cortar los bollos de 100 gr c/u
- Bolear cada bollo contra la mesa hasta formar una bolita, ir colocando en una bandeja engrasada con manteca
- Tapar con paño, precalentar el horno a 250• c, dejar reposar los panes por 35 minutos
- Con el otro huevo, batir bien, y barnizar los panes, con una tijera hacer 4 cortes en la masa y hornear por 25 minutos
- Sacar del horno y barnizar con un poco de miel, colocar en rejilla y dejar qué reposen, y buen provecho
