Con una cuchara ir vaciandola siempre teniendo cuidado de no romper la cáscara para que después no se nos escape el relleno. El puré de calabaza colocarlo en un bowl para que se siga enfriando.
  4. Cuando el puré está casi frío, lo mezclamos con el resto de los ingredientes que teníamos en la heladera y una vez que está todo bien mezclado rellenamos bien la calabaza.
  5. Ponemos queso cremoso arriba y llevamos al horno un ratito más hasta que está bien gratinado y la preparación bien caliente.
