  1. Poner en horno (convencional o microondas) o hervir una calabaza cortada a la mitad (sacarle las semillas y reservar para hacer "snack de semillas saladas de calabaza"). Cuando la pulpa esté blandita (que no se te desarmen!) ahuecarlas y hacer un puré. Reservar. NOTA: prefiero no hervirla, porque junta mucha agua y después la preparación queda un poco líquida.
  2. Picar todos los ingredientes y rehogarlos (hacer un sofrito) en un poquito de aceite. Salar y cuando estén blanditos agregar el filet de pechuga de pollo cortado en cubos pequeños.
  3. Cuando estén cocidos, condimentar y agregar el puré de calabaza. Rectificar la sal si fuera necesario y agregar las cucharadas de queso blanco y la chía hidratada (esto es opcional, yo la agregué para hacer un plato más nutritivo. No le cambia para nada el sabor. Podés poner 1 cda. De chía con unas 5 de agua, en la heladera en un frasco de vidrio y tenerla lista para usar)
  4. Poner las mitades de calabaza en una fuente de horno, rellenar las mitades, agregarle parmesano y gratinar unos 10'
