  3. Estiramos la masa de 1/5 cm aproximadamente de espesor y forramos un molde enmantecado, espolvoreamos con un poquito de pan rallado (para que no se humedezca la masa). Colocamos el relleno y si te queda masa como a mí hacemos un enrejado (como a la pasta frola). Pintamos con un poquito de aceite y llevamos a horno fuerte por 20' aproximadamente.
