- En una mezcladora pon la harina, el azúcar y la sal con la mantequilla bien fría cortada en cuadritos hasta que tenga una textura arenosa. Si no tienes mezcladora puedes utilizar una espátula pero nunca con la mano, pues no queremos que la mantequilla se derrita completamente
- Agrega el agua y el vinagre y mezcla hasta que todo se integre bien. No importa que queden todavía algunos trocitos de mantequilla. Forma una bolita y llévala al frigorífico o la nevera por 1 hora.
- Mientras puedes preparar el relleno. Mezcla la leche y las especias con el puré de calabaza
- Pasada la hora de reposo de la masa polvorea un poco de harina sobre la mesa y en el rodillo estira la masa hasta que tenga 6 mm de espesor.
- Pon la masa en un molde de 8 pulgadas aproximadamente y rellénala. Con la masa que te quedó puedes cortar unas tiritas para adornar en pie por encima
- Llévalo al horno precalentado a 190 grados por unos 40 minutos. Deja enfriar y a disfrutar!!!
