  3. Estirar la masa finita (7) cortar con un cortante redondo de cm colocar el relleno, cerrar como una empanadita y unir los extremos formando el capeleti. Ir acomodandolos sobre semolin o harina. Hervirlos y acompañarlos con salsa a gusto o manteca saborizada con salvia.
