  2. En otro recipiente mezclé huevos, esencia,canela, ralladura y jugo de naranja, azúcar y aceite. Batí un poquito a mano. Agregué la avena y el puré de calabaza y mezclé bien
  3. Luego agregué el harina y revolví bien hasta integrar bien. Puse en molde aceitado y enharinado, llevé a horno (precalentado) a temperatura baja por 40 minutos y luego subí a temperatura media 20 minutos o hasta que esté cocido.
