  4. Añadimos a la cacerola el refrito de la sartén y dejamos reposar 5 minutos.
  5. Echamos en el vaso de la batidora toda la verdura (si vemos que ha quedado mucha agua sacamos con cazo y reservamos por si nos hiciera falta) y batimos durante 3 minutos. Si ha quedado muy espesa añadimos agua de la que habíamos reservado.
  6. Al añadir el agua para cocer las verduras podemos incorporar 1/2 cucharadita de Vobril (lo venden en Mercadona) y saldrá más sabrosa.
