  1. Empezamos precalentando el horno a 290°C. Y en un bowl grande vamos colocando la calabaza cortada en trocitos o rallada para triturar con la batidora a máxima velocidad(en mi caso la ralle). Echamos azúcar y seguimos mezclando.Agregamos los huevos, el aceite y seguimos batiendo hasta lograr una masa homogénea.
  2. Por otro lado vamos a tamizar (paso muy importante) la harina con el polvo de hornear, ahora se le agrega a la mezcla que ya tenemos preparada. Seguimos mezclando para que todo se integre. Al final de la batidora., tuve que cambiar la batidora por el mixer (que me fue mejor).
  3. Agregamos la ralladura del limón y canela molida y de una forma envolvente removemos. Se hace muy rápido, el horno ya esta precalentado y la tortera enmamtecada o, (con aceite) y enharinar y llevar al molde preparado y llevamos al horno. Por 30 minutos se cocina. Notaremos ese aroma cuando va cocinandose. Cuando falte un rato para la hora hacemos la prueba del palillo o cuchillo. Si saliera húmedo (que fue mi caso) lo dejamos un rato más (en mi caso fueron solo 5 minutos.)
  4. Luego lo saque y deje enfriar en una rejilla para que tome aire (o sea que respire antes de llevarlo al plato). Y listo!!.Y a disfrutar con unos mates, te, café, etc.
