  5. A los traseros de pollo les quitamos la piel y las asaduritas que traigan, enjuagamos y reservamos.
  6. En la olla rápida echamos los traseros, el taco de jamón, el trozo grande de bacon, una cebolla, una patata y sal, lo cubrimos de agua hasta el máximo que admita la olla y hervimos durante 15 minutos.
  7. Cuando haya acabado sacamos la patata y la cebolla y con un poco de caldo lo batimos y lo volvemos a echar en el caldo.
  8. Sacamos las carnes y dejamos solo el caldo y en la misma olla rápida echamos los garbanzos y cocemos durante unos 17 minutos, escurrimos y dejamos el caldo en la olla rápida.
  9. A continuación echamos las patatas y las zanahorias en el caldo y colocamos el cestillo de cocer al vapor y echamos las judías verdes y la calabaza dentro con un poquito de sal, y volvemos a hervir todas las verduras durante unos 6/8 minutos y listo.
  10. En una cacerolita hervimos un poco de caldo durante un par de minutos con un par de matas de hierbabuena y lo echamos en una jarrita.
  11. Para presentar en la mesa lo ponemos en un par de fuentes grandes y la jarrita con el caldo y que cada comensal se sirva la cantidad que guste de nuestro puchero en su plato.
  12. Cortar un buen pan a rodajas y comemos el bacon con pan.
  13. Hay quien le echa costillas y tocino salados, eso es a gusto del cocinero o la costumbre que tenga. Yo no suelo utilizarlos, prefiero echar más verduras o más carne para dar un sabor suave al puchero.
