  6. Poner un poco de harina sobre una superficie lisa y colocar la masa. Amasar 10 minutos o hasta que la masa sea homogénea y elástica
  7. Poner la masa en un bol, tapar con un paño o film transaparente. Dejar reposar hora y media hasta que doble el tamaño. Después desinfla la masa golpeandola y dejar reposar 10 minutos
  8. Dale a la masa forma redondeada y colocar en la bandeja de horno untado con un poco de aceite. Tapar con un paño. Reposar 1 hora hasta que duplique
  9. Precalentar el horno a 220° hornear 40 minutos, hasta que tenga un color dorado y suene a hueco al darle en la base, dejar enfriar
  10. Decoración: antes de hornear poner glaseado. Para ello, mezcla una yema de huevo con leche y pinta la superficie. Esparcir semillas de calabaza por encima
  11. Consejo: si no se dispone de levadura seca sustituir por 15 gramos de levadura fresca
